Here are a few recipes from our staff (and family!) to keep you cozy through the chilly winter months!

2 cups of shredded cheese (I use the Mexican blend)
1-2 large can of chicken (breast) DRAINED
1/2 cup Moore’s buffalo wing sauce

Smear your cream cheese over the bottom of your pan.
Mix chicken breast, wing sauce & 1 C cheese together & pour over your cream cheese & smooth out.
Mix remaining cup of cheese with ranch and pour over the chicken/wing sauce mixture & smooth out.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 425.

…Except for Dr. Schulman and his LSU Tigers!!
Dr. Schulman and his daughter, Kennedy, spent New Year’s Eve at the Georgia Dome for the Chick-fil-A Bowl. Unfortunately for Dr. Schulman, his alma mater, LSU, lost to Clemson by one little point! So sorry, Dr. Schulman! Better luck next time!
And whether your team won or lost, we wish ALL of you a happy, healthy 2013!
