Here are a few recipes from our staff (and family!) to keep you cozy through the chilly winter months!
Robanne Schulman’s (Seriously delicious) Buffalo Dip
Ingredients:
1 block of cream cheese
2 cups of shredded cheese (I use the Mexican blend)
1-2 large can of chicken (breast) DRAINED
1/2 cup Moore’s buffalo wing sauce
1/2 cup ranch dressing
Smear your cream cheese over the bottom of your pan.
Mix chicken breast, wing sauce & 1 C cheese together & pour over your cream cheese & smooth out.
Mix remaining cup of cheese with ranch and pour over the chicken/wing sauce mixture & smooth out.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 425.
Salsa Roll Ups
(from Bonnie’s sister, Kim)
Ingredients:
8oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1/4C onion, chopped
1 – 2.25 oz can black olives, chopped
3 TB jalapeno peppers, chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2/3 C mild salsa
1 small pkg. flour tortillas
Mix all ingredients together and spread thinly over tortillas. Roll up tightly. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 3 hours. Cut into 1″ pieces & ENJOY!
